Refund Policy: All fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific course offering. Please ensure you are certain about your enrollment before making a payment.

Ownership: All content provided by VCAN Coaching, including video lectures, study materials, formula sheets, graphics, syllabus breakdowns, and website design, is the exclusive intellectual property of VCAN Coaching.

Restrictions: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your personal educational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or broadcast any of our copyrighted materials without our prior written consent.

Whether participating in online sessions, utilizing home tuition services, or attending offline classes, students are expected to maintain strict discipline.

Any form of harassment, disruption, or disrespectful behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students will not be tolerated.

Sharing access credentials or premium study materials with unregistered individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your account without a refund.

Academic Outcomes: While we provide expert guidance, high-quality study materials, and rigorous test series, VCAN Coaching does not guarantee admission into any specific university, passing of any competitive examination (such as CUET or engineering entrances), or securing of public sector employment. Educational success depends heavily on the individual student's effort and dedication.

Website Availability: We strive to keep our digital platforms running smoothly; however, we do not guarantee that our website or online portals will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCAN Coaching and its instructors, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, study materials, or coaching services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or our educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
